Tenant, identity and device management
Secure Microsoft 365 configuration, Entra ID, Intune, migrations and baseline management.
Explore Microsoft 365 ->We design, migrate and run Microsoft Azure for Sheffield businesses that want the cloud to be an asset, not an open-ended bill. Every workload should have a clear reason to move there — and someone owning it once it has.
Azure gives you almost unlimited room to build — and just as much room to overspend, misconfigure and sprawl. We treat the architecture, security, operations and cost model as one decision, not four afterthoughts.
We map your workloads, dependencies, risks and likely running costs before anything moves — so migration is a plan, not a leap of faith.
A governed Azure foundation — identity, networking, subscriptions and policy set up properly once, so everything built on top stays tidy.
Servers, applications and data moved in controlled waves, with dependencies mapped and a clear way back if a wave misbehaves.
Virtual machines, networking and storage sized and built for the workload — not lifted in at full price and left running around the clock.
On-premises and Azure joined cleanly, with routing, identity and security that behave as one environment rather than two.
Role-based access, tagging and Azure Policy guardrails that keep the platform understandable as it grows.
Logging, alerting, hardening and recovery designed in from the start with Microsoft Defender for Cloud — not bolted on after an incident.
Right-sizing, budgets and reservations, with regular reviews so the bill stays predictable and defensible.
A good migration does not treat Azure as a distant rack of servers. It connects the current estate to a governed destination, then gives operations somewhere sensible to live.
Entra ID, role-based access and least privilege — who can do what, decided before anything exists to do it to.
Segmentation, private connectivity back to your sites, and nothing exposed to the internet by accident.
Azure Policy, naming and tagging enforced automatically — tidiness that doesn’t depend on anyone remembering.
Defender for Cloud, logging and alerting watching from day one — not retrofitted after the first scare.
Entra ID is the natural bridge between Microsoft 365, Azure and existing infrastructure. We design access and administration as one system, so a move to Azure does not create a second set of security gaps.
Our Microsoft 365 services cover tenant management, Intune, Entra ID, security baselines, migrations and ongoing governance.
Explore Microsoft 365 services ->Migration is a change event. The platform then needs routine ownership so cost, security and resilience do not quietly unravel.
Monitoring, patching, backup, incident response and documented ownership around the workloads that matter.
Access reviews, policy, tagging and change control that keep the environment understandable as it evolves.
Regular right-sizing and consumption review so technical decisions remain commercially sensible.
Azure works best when identity, infrastructure and recovery are designed as connected parts of the same environment.

Explore Microsoft 365 ->Networks, servers, virtualisation and hybrid infrastructure designed around the business you actually run.
Explore infrastructure ->Backup and disaster recovery built around recovery objectives, isolation and tested restores.
Explore backup & DR ->Not necessarily — they solve different problems. Microsoft 365 is your productivity and identity platform: email, Teams, SharePoint and devices. Azure is infrastructure — virtual machines, networking, hosting and storage — for the things that don’t live inside Microsoft 365. Plenty of businesses run happily on Microsoft 365 alone; others need Azure for a line-of-business application, a hosted server or disaster recovery. Part of our job is working out which camp you’re in before you spend anything.
Yes. We assess your workloads and dependencies first, then plan controlled migration waves so each system moves for a clear operational or commercial reason — with a way back if a wave doesn’t behave. Lifting everything across in one go, untouched, is how Azure projects end up over budget and fragile.
It depends on the workload, and we’ll be straight with you about it. Azure can work out cheaper once you account for hardware refresh, power, resilience and the staff time of running on-premises — but only if it’s sized and governed properly. Badly-run Azure genuinely can cost more than a cupboard of servers. That’s why we design for cost from day one with right-sizing, reservations and budgets, rather than lifting everything in at full price and hoping.
Yes. We design and support hybrid identity, networking and services where Azure needs to work cleanly alongside existing on-premises infrastructure — so users, devices and security behave as one environment, not two.
Yes, and a lot of our Azure work is exactly that. We audit what’s actually running, right-size it, put governance and cost controls around it, and take on day-to-day ownership — so an environment that grew organically becomes one you can understand and budget for.
We’ll assess the estate, challenge the assumptions and design a cloud approach that is secure, supportable and worth its cost.
